This form-fitting shoe felt minimalist without baring our feet to the hazards of the trail. We credit the Vazee Summit’s flexibility, which lets you cruise across pavement and off-road terrain alike. It’s not the most protective shoe on rugged terrain, but it does the job on most trails. We liked how the tongue integrates into the upper, blocking trail debris and enhancing the glove-like fit. Props too for its super breathable material. One tester noted how well air permeated through, a welcome feature in summer heat. Swami gripe: Some had to triple knot the slippery laces. Swami like: Lightweight. 9.3 oz. (men’s), 7.5 oz. (women’s)
